You want to know more than ever that the mountain bike you are using is safe, reliable and that you have the back up required, to make sure that everyone has a great time but that you minimise the risk inviolved.
Progression Bikes is fully AALA licensed. This means that we have gone through more and more checks and have been specially licensed to be able to deal with large groups, schools and colleges. If you look for the AALA license at any outdoor activity provider, you know that the proper checks have been done and all equipment and staffs qualifications will be up to scratch.
We have bikes for adults and kids alike including our trailers which are perfect for really young folk, or that special packed lunch or even BBQ food! The trailer makes it much more stable to take kids with you when compared to a seat on the back of the bike, and everyone that comes back says that you hardly notice it is on there, (apart from all the giggling and waving coming from the back).
Mountain Bike Routes and Trips
We will find mountain biking routes and trips to match your ability and push your comfort zone without scaring you. You can either choose to take a fully qualified and experience guide with you or go alone. Guides will always ensure thatyou get the best out of your experience and also offer coaching on route. The guides are so friendly and fun, that the chances are that the kids might not even know that they are being taught at the sametime.
If you just fancy a wee cycle along the river, the team at Progression Bikes can advise you on what routes would be suited for the age of your kids, the size of the trailer, and how depserate your need is for that cup of tea or piece of cake!
